Based on our continuous and aggressive testing of our product, we have found that certain batches were not performing to our high standards. This may result in the formulation not meeting our expected level of effectiveness. As such, we are proactively making a change to protect our distributors and end users.

As such we are preemptively recalling the following batches: HSI83B01A, HS183C01A and HSI83D02A

Please use our batch validator to confirm your batch is impacted.

Retail customers can call us at 800-721-1414 Monday through Friday 8AM – 5 PM Eastern time.

To replace your product please email the following to ulsupport@urineluck.com

  1. Photo of the Quick Fix® bottle showing the batch number
  2. Include your name, address and telephone number

Please note that we cannot ship Quick Fix® into KY, IL or NJ. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Upon receipt of this information we will ship out a replacement product. You will receive an order confirmation via email showing that the product has shipped.
