Spectrum Labs does not refund purchases, but we will exchange any unused, expired Spectrum Labs product for another Spectrum Labs product of equal or lesser value for retail customers only.

Please note: For UrineLuck and Quick Fix, consumer must return the ENTIRE, complete product package (including box, instructions and original purchase receipt) or exchanges will not be made. Because we are unable to ship Quick Fix or Urine Luck to IL, NJ or KY we cannot exchange the Quick Fix or Urine Luck products for customers within those states.
Effective October 1, 2016 Spectrum Labs is discontinuing our expired product exchange for wholesale customers.
The cost to Spectrum Labs for this program has been substantial and we’ve seen many instances of abusing the policy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We weighed the option of raising prices against the option of dropping the free exchange and feel it is in the best interest of the majority of our customers that we maintain current pricing.
Spectrum Labs will continue to exchange products that are under a RECALL for wholesale customers. We urge you to be diligent about the actual quantities you can sell to avoid overbuying stock that you will have to dispose of.
